Winter/Spring 2012 Training
This year's traing offers a TON OF OPTIONS for everyone. Of course we are still offering our awesome 1/2 marathon training, but this year we have some other options as well.
The race R4R is training for is the "LUCKY 13" half marathon on Saturday, March 17 - The Lucky 13 is also offering the LUCKY 7 (7miles) and the LUCKY 7K (4.3 miles). So whatever race distance you would like to challenge yourself with, R4R will be there for you, giving you the opportunity to get off that couch and get MOVING INTO LIFE.
With R4R training you not only get great one-on-one traing from our experienced "High Five Team Training" trainers, but you also get the social aspect of Runnin' For Rhett. After each Saturday training, we all get together for coffee and breakfast. We develop that personal contact that will resonate with you more and more each week. By the end of training, you will crave the continued support that only comes from the camaraderie of the R4R group.
Do you want more specifics? We will have a Runnin' For Rhett information night on Wednesday, January 11th at 7PM at the Smud Auditorium - 6301 S Street, Sacramento.
