Today it looked like they might have been conducting training on the outside seating area. There was no customers going in or out of the building. I have been to thir location in Folsom and the food is great.

YUM!!! I ate at Smashburger in the Sunrise Mall area and the hamburgers are delicious. They had a menu to die for. I couldn't decide which item I wanted. The french fries are really good too! Milk shakes are to die for.

Smashburgers are yummy. They look like they are hand formed with those imperfect edges. You won't be disappointed. They are all about customer service, too. I went to one in Utah and they gave one of our burgers to another table. They came over, apologized, and gave us 2 $5 coupons for our next visit.

Too bad Smashburger and Leatherby's didn't come here prior to me having gastric bypass surgery. What a great last treat both of those would have been. A smashburger then to leatherbys for a black and tan. : (

Haven't posted here on a while and the look of EGO has changed. Like the look and very modern now.

Was at Smash Burger for a late lunch today and it is pretty good. It's up there with The Habit and almost up there with The Squeeze in. There was a pretty decent crowd at 1:00PM but you could find an empty table or two. Now I'll have to decide between Smash and Habit when we want a good burger in EG.

Yesterday I tried to place a phone to go order and they said that they do not accept phone orders to go. I have never encounterd an establishment that did not take phone to go orders. Interesting.

I don think Mc D, burger king, taco bell, or similar places take phone orders. I know squeeze does and not sure about the habit.

I would hate to lump Smashburger in with Taco Bell or McDonalds. They appear to have quality food. I know Habit and Squeeze Inn both take phone orders to go.

I was in that area today (3pm) and there was a line out the door. I checked out their menu online and liked that they had salads, chicken burgers, and sweet potato fries, in addition to the regular stuff.

No worries...I am also a GP patient 6 years out and in time you can eat these thing but in moreration and not "get stuck"! But I do want to say I went last night and it was very good. I am  not a Five Guys fan and I heard it was like them but I thought it was very good. Juicy nice fresh buns and produce and very very tasty. I might go back today!

Three os us went to Smashburger last night, a little crowded, but it moved along and when you were through ordering there were tables.  I found the buns wonderful, hamburger as good as Habit, sweet potato fries a little strange with rosemary or Italian seasoning.  We all felt it was good but not good enough to leave Habit and their prices.  Milkshakes are real ice cream and wonderful but over $4.  We figured our same meal from Habit, 2 cheeseburgers, 1 milkshake and 1 drink and sweet potato fries for one was $4.25 higher..    Would have to think about it to go again.

Was there last Friday, an split a chicken guacamole with the wife and the burger was really good. Only issue with it was it had just a little too much salt, other than that it was one of the best chicken burgers I recall having.
