Description: Adecco is recruiting for a Direct Hire Project Manager with construction experience. The qualified candidate will need to have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects. The job responsibilities will require:
o Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to negotiate, knowledge of Public Works Projects
Knowledge of claims, notice of potential claims, change order, cost adjustments, change/negotiations of contract items, overrun/under run contract items
