    Moms In Motion is here to help you make that happen in a fun, encouraging, fulfilling way that fits your life. This year we have several new teams to give you more options:


    Running Team - Train for your first or best 5K, 10K or  Half marathon

    Core Team - Increase core strength, reduce injury, improve athletic performance and help you fit into your pants!

    Walking Team -Improve stamina, endurance and overall good health while training to walk a 5K, 10K or Half marathon.

    Healthy Habits & Exercise Team - learn to make choices that will help you take charge of your health long term AND some simple exercises to get you moving.

    Triathlon Team - From super sprint to sprint, complete your first or best triathlon yet! Spring and Summer Teams offered.


    Winter Charity: The Vanessa Pullen childhood obesity grant, organized by Northern Area Dietetic Association.

    New & returning members of All ages and abilities are encouraged to attend the 2012 Meet & Greet Fri. Jan 6th to learn more about this dynamic fitness group. RSVP.
