Core Team Workout - Moms In Motion
This Core Training Team will help you tone and strengthen your whole body with a focus on the core muscles. Use body weight, partner exercises, the muscle bar and lots of laughter. We will be training to improve in several core strength challenges. Whittle your middles girls!

Fall team workouts are at 8pm every Monday and Wednesday evening through December 14th. Space available, join at anytime.
