Surprise your family with this colorful, healthy, and simple to make mosaic meal. You will get plenty of vitamins and proteins without loading too many calories.
You need:
1 lb of your favorite ground meat (beef, pork or turkey)
2 bell peppers (red and/or green)
3 medium sized potatoes
1 medium onion
2 big tomatoes
1 egg
Parsley
Salt, paprika and ground pepper corn
7 oz tomatoes sauce
4 oz water
Mix together ground meat with onion thinly chopped, with parsley also finely cut, egg and spices. Form meatballs and press them between palms to flatten. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Slice potatoes and tomatoes. Cut bell papers in large pieces. Combine one slice of potatoes, one slice tomatoes, one piece of bell pepper, a flattened meat ball, bell pepper and potatoes slices again as you see in the picture. Hold it together with a toothpick.

Arrange them in the baking sheet until you finish all ingredients. Mix tomatoes sauce with water, add some salt and ground pepper corns if you desire and pour it over the mosaic. Bake it at 350 degrees F until potatoes are cooked, approximately 30 minutes.
