Our Business Pulse Survey this week asked: Will Sacramento be able to put together a solid arena financing plan by March 1?
Out of 509 votes cast, almost half -- 49 percent -- voted to say no, the plan for a new arena will get bogged down, and the Sacramento Kings will leave town. Another 7 percent voted no, the Sacramento City Council will find reasons to kill the private parking partnership idea.
On the yes side, 28 percent voted to say yes, after the parking lease, other pieces of the financing plan will fall into place...
